1. This contest will run from 2/01/04 through 2/29/04 when a new caption contest will be introduced.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.  We will allow two if you are in fact, Bill Clinton.
3. If two or more people submit the same (or similar) captions, the first one received will be eligible for the contest.
4. One winner will be selected around 3/1/04 for the fabulous Clinton novelty package ($50 pre-impeachment retail value).
5. Winner will be notified by email and will be given the option to be identified as the winner when his/her caption is posted.
6. All decisions by Any Key Press are final!  C'mon folks, it's not like you're casting the deciding impeachment vote!
7. All entries become the property of Any Key Press so that we can write another book with YOUR ideas!
